Comprehensive Ophthalmologist + MIGS Needed for Private Ophthalmology Group serving the Kansas City, MO area. Partnership AND Work/Life Balance Plus a Phenomenal Surgery Center Onsite!
This is a high surgical volume position with partnership.
The incoming doctor will be working at our Lansing, KS location. The incoming ophthalmologist will replace an outgoing surgeon. You’ll inherit this doctor’s clinic and surgical volume, performing as many as 1,300 cataract cases annually.
We have a wonderful opportunity in a fantastic location in a beautiful city. You’ll practice in an upscale area in one of the Midwest's most loved large cities. This is a fun, growing city with an area population of 2+ million. Our city is home to wonderful universities, colleges, great primary and secondary schools, professional sports teams (NFL, MLB, MLS) fantastic concerts, great arts and music festivals and lots of green spaces!
We have 10 wonderful doctors and an exceptional team of administrative and support staff in a progressive multi-specialty group practice. Each of our ophthalmologists are fellowship trained; Cornea, Refractive, Glaucoma and Oculo-Plastics. Our organization has a phenomenal, loyal OD referrals network and we continue to grow and expand. We are now searching for a talented Comprehensive Ophthalmologist for existing needs and future patient growth. You, as the incoming ophthalmologist will be busy immediately with a very solid book of patients.

You will love our work environment here. The practice main office provides a modern medical office environment and includes a research center and a LASIK suite. A spacious 6,000 square feet, 2 room ASC is attached.
This opportunity is best suited to a surgeon who has a collaborative, collegial spirit. A desire for excellence in clinical and surgical outcomes is essential. The right fit will necessitate a mix of sub-specialty work and cataract surgeries. Excellent support staff and scribes will help you to be productive and efficient.
The compensation package includes a very attractive guaranteed base salary, a wonderful productivity bonus structure and great benefits. Long-term physician matches will have the opportunity for partnership in the practice and ASC.
